What if I've never done Pilates before?
Perfect! Our intro offer is designed for beginners. Our instructors will teach you everything from how to use the reformer to proper breathing technique.
How long are the classes?
All our reformer classes are 45 minutes — the perfect amount of time for an effective workout that fits into your busy schedule.
What should I bring/wear?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. Grip socks are required and available for purchase at the studio. Just bring yourself and a water bottle!
Can I join with a friend?
Absolutely! We love groups. If you're booking together, just let us know so we can reserve spots in the same class for you.
